EARTH… physicality, sexuality, materialism, nature…substance.
Those born as Earth Elements have incarnated to deal with their overt physicality. To learn to move above the base level and see the spiritual essence within the physical - to see it within themselves and within Nature, that is the key to an Earth Element’s evolution.
ELEMENTAL - GNOME
An elemental is a mystical creature that is attuned with one of the elements. The gnome is the elemental being associated with Autumn and is the human personification of the Earth Element, although usually smaller in stature. They are diligent workers and are thought to be the guardians of earth’s hidden treasures.

‘Late one afternoon they ventured into the thick undergrowth along the northern boundary of the park. Jonathon was more than a little concerned, crawling through the dense foliage beneath a canopy of tall ferns. Suddenly, they heard the Student’s voice. As they approached, she motioned for them to sit down and be quiet…
…Soon, to their absolute astonishment, they saw little people emerging from behind bushes and the dark mouth of a small cave set amongst ghostly boulders.
She whispered,
“These are the gnomes of Nature. They are evolving through the physical Elements of Nature and are Earth’s spirits working in a vibration similar to the plants, animals, and minerals of the forest and caves… Because the gnomes dwell in the darkness of caves and the gloom of forests, their temperament is melancholy and despondent. Often people think that the disposition of the gnomes is malicious and treacherous but this is not true, as they merely reflect the emotions of the humans and animals near them.’
